First Draft Second Rate Love Story

So I got my first choice play after all and as I struggled to cast the last role, I stepped into it myself. A very odd experience trying to direct everyone including myself while also performing! Anyway we got through the heats on the Audience Award so let’s see how we go in the semifinals.

Part of the experience has been trying out different rehearsal locations provided by the Inner West Council. I paid a $250 deposit and you usually pick up the key a few days in earlier. We’ve rehearsed in Ashfield, Annandale, Liechardt, now Haberfield tomorrow.
